Incredible big polished African malachite specimen from the Democratic Republic of the Congo. This free-form beauty features gorgeous "eyes" all over the piece, and is by far the best malachite we have. If you've been to the big gem shows lately, you'll know that top malachites like this one are seldom seen. There's still a lot of subpar pieces around, but this is a big, clean, and magnificent specimen at 8 3/4 x 5 3/4 inches, and 5 lbs. & 15.6 oz.
